As Damla Human Resources, we are a company that has been operating uninterrupted for 22 years. Additionally, we have been a Private Employment Agency operating under the Ministry of Labor for 14 years.
We operate with the license document numbered 100 dated 13.04.2018.

Families looking for caregivers must receive services from a legal company to avoid being victimized in the future. Companies that charge a commission of 50% from you and 50% from the employee are illegal companies. 

 Families receiving services from an illegal company will be fined 14,705TL according to Article 20a of Law No. 4904 (Receiving services from those who mediate in finding jobs and workers without permission).

Additionally, the company that mediates will also be fined 29,410TL according to Article 20c of Law No. 4904 (Receiving fees from job seekers / obtaining benefits). Families must be very careful about these matters.

What is a Private Employment Agency?
It refers to offices established by real or legal persons authorized by the Institution to mediate the placement of job seekers in suitable jobs and to find suitable workers for various jobs and/or to carry out temporary employment relationship activities.

What activities can private employment agencies engage in?

Private employment agencies;

• Conduct mediation activities for finding jobs and workers,
• Can carry out services related to the labor market, employment, and human resources,
• Can organize vocational training,
• Can establish temporary employment relationships if authorized.

Mediation activities can be provided by conducting face-to-face interviews with job seekers or employers at a workplace and/or without conducting interviews through one of the means written in the Press Law No. 5187 dated 9/6/2004 or through radio, television, video, internet, cable broadcasting, or electronic information communication tools and similar broadcasting tools.

What is the amount of the guarantee letter?

The guarantee for the private employment agency license is 51,168 TL for the year 2019.
